T&T Cares was founded by an experienced Direct Support Professional and advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. With over 12 years of experience providing support in the I/DD community within the Public School Systems, in-home care and community settings.
T&T Cares was created with the mission of providing a supportive environment for dedicated and passionate Direct Support Professionals to work. We believe that individuals with disabilities benefit most when their staff are properly supported by an efficiently-run agency that advocates for the entire team involved, whether it is family care providers members or dedicated direct support providers.

We understand that navigating support services and hiring staff can be stressful, which is not only will we do our best to find you a direct support professional we will take care of them too to ensure we retain our high quality staff
