T&T Cares was founded by an experienced Direct Support Professional and advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. We have over 8 years of experience providing support in the I/DD community within the Public School Systems, in-home care and community settings.
T&T Cares was created with the mission of providing a supportive environment for dedicated and passionate Direct Support Professionals to work. We believe that individuals with disabilities benefit most when their staff are properly supported by an efficiently-run agency that advocates for the entire team involved, whether it is family members or other care providers.

We understand that navigating support services and hiring staff can be stressful, which is why we offer a faster turnaround time than other PSW programs.
With our efficient processes, we can have your preferred professional ready to work in your home within 48-72 hours of them completing the necessary documents.
